Mailbag Monday #13 Posted by: Nate in Electronic, Mailbag Monday

So it seems this new system of voting is working out pretty well! The top few tracks got a lot of feedback from everyone and overall everything worked out great. If you’d like your track to be in the voting next week, send it over to me on SoundCloud and leave me a note that you want it in Mailbag Monday (or else it won’t get in!).

The tracks up for voting this week are now live on the forum. So head on over there and get voting! But first check out these tracks after the jump!

First track up with the most votes is Canadian duo The Astroids with a pretty killer track called Ladies off their Bump And Shake EP.

Next up is a new track by a previous Mailbag Monday artist KDeluxe. All I’ll say is this makes me want to slam my hand on my table repeatedly while bobbing my head.

KDeluxe – Fidget (320 kbps)

The Glass M did this next little creation. If it sounds familer, DJ Douster did a similar track called King of Africa. As luck would have it, he wasn’t aware of its exsistance until JUST after he finished Circle of Life. Both tracks definitely have a place to be played out.

If you didn’t get enough of KDeluxe above he’s got another track that was voted highly. Doesn’t really set off for about a minute and a half, but it’s worth it when it does.

Xantra – Disco Resurrection (KDeluxe’s B’lieve Remix) (320 kbps)

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Last up is Flow Nasty who sent in his new mashup track called Underground Stickin’.

And I noticed that the mixes might not get as many votes as the tracks since they take a lot longer to listen to. So if a mix doesn’t make in in the top 5, I’ll be selecting one to post. This week I’ve chosen:

The Yayooh’s – Where I’m Coming From
