Not quite as big as Drone was, but I’m really feeling the single of Felix Cartal’s debut LP Popular Music. I’m most interested to hear Berlin though which I’ve heard is even more intense than Drone. Anyone else excited for this album?
Popular Music is set to be released on February 23rd via Dim Mak Records.

Cartal has one of the cleanest’s sounds in the genre. Plus, he seems like a cool, down to Earth cat. Definitely looking forward to this!

Felix Cartal always has such a nicely honed sound. I feel as though he always knows where he’s going in his tracks. One of the few artists whose album I will purchase.
The track is solid, but I’m very turned off by Felix Cartal’s self-comportment…he’s unwarrantedly cocky. Boo that.
