I promised I’d get some free stuff for you guys soon and this is only the beginning! Editors really popped on my radar back in October when they launched a Google Street View promo for the new album (check it out here). Every since then I’ve followed Editors news closely and when I saw that Boys Noize was doing a remix, I couldn’t have been happier. And now I’m happy to say I’ve got some cool Editors stuff to giveaway.
Specifically, I’ve got one of their awesome Skyline t-shirts (seen below) and a vinyl copy of their new album In This Light and on This Evening.

To enter all you need to do is leave a comment on this post telling me what your favorite Editors song is (I prefer Munich myself). Comments for the giveaway will close at 11pm (GMT) Wednesday at which time I’ll pick a random person and inform them by email of the amazing goodies they’ll be receiving.
Thanks everyone! The contest is now closed. The winner will be announced tomorrow.

I’ve liked editors since before their first album and my favourite track is called FOREST FIRE which is an old Bside. You should check it out if you havent heard it. Its a slow track but really nicely produced and kept simple – Always enjoyable!
BIG LOVE

“Munich” was, is, and always will be my favorite. It was the first Editors song I ever heard (way back in 2005), and has a special place in my heart, though I love all their stuff. (“I’m so glad I found this…”, indeed.)
“Let Your Good Heart Leave You Home” and “Release” are my favorite b-sides and should’ve been on a proper album.
Tijana February 23, 2010 at 4:35 pm
Definitely ‘Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors”…that was also the first song i heard of theirs and i fell in love with them after that :)

I have to correct myself, after hearing their remake of Acceptable in the 80s and that huge build up in the song, I think it would be so cool if Calvin Harris was to produce some songs with them. AT the moment Acceptable in the 80 by Editors is on serious heavy rotation!
Jon_mufc February 24, 2010 at 3:43 am
