It’s been a long three months, but we finally have a new Datamix courtesy of Designer Drugs. As usual they didn’t release the tracklist, although this time they held a contest to see who could correct guess the tracklist. I guess they wanted to share in all the fun we usually have putting it together in the comments! We’ll get it next time!

their mixing has improved. usually, on previous mixes, they just slowly slide the crossfader over to any song, with little regard as to whether they sound good together at all. in this mix, the songs actually go together and fade in/out at the right parts.

Definitely agree with Alex on this one. I’m a die-hard DD fan and you can tell they’ve stepped up their game. Some spot on tracks here…some…will take getting used to. Gonna put it on repeat regardless!

There is defo another track between 12. Felix Cartal “Popular Music” and 13. Sonic C “Stickin” on DataMix 08. Please, please anyone – what is it ? Following the massive drop off of Popular Music where a big-arse bassline comes in with a female vocal that sounds like “Only” or “Own Me”. Help please.
