I was talking with my friend a while back trying to figure out exactly what in a track makes me like it so much. We eventually nailed down to a few things and one of them was catchy lyrics. Sure, I do prefer a lot of non-lyrical bangers, but I’ll take a remix with a good lyrical hook any day (e.g. all older Designer Drugs remixes). Anyway, this new Kids At The Bar remixes fits the bar pretty perfectly remixing a track by The Limousines which takes it to the next generation with the internet now killing the video star. Kids At The Bar’s second release on Kill Pop Records will be dropping later next month and they have 4 new remixes lined up soon. haha, just go up to the 170bpm, add some strong pitched up 80´s pop or rap cuts and you will have exactly the sound like these old tracks on the 1990´s dutch HappyHardcore/Rave Compilations i still own somewhere. will be funny to see in what direction this is going to develop.. .thought this was done!? :)

I feel it’s songs like this that give electro/dance music a bad name and will ultimately lead to its demise. I just don’t get what these guys are thinking when they’re making this crap
