Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo has just released his best of Bloody Beetroots remixes the other day and while most of us see these remixes as old and dated, there are people out there just be discovering them for the first time. I still look back on those early days as some of the best times in my relatively short electro experience. I can remember exactly what I felt the first time I heard each one of these remixes and the bigger than life grin I had on once it finished. My all time favorite is still the Pistols & Hearts remix. I don’t get to throw it into too many sets at 155 bpm, but when I do there’s not a better feeling in the world.

Pff, I just hate Beatport. I want to buy this in iTunes because I received a giftcard from someone else and all the time stuff gets released on BP and you can wait weeks before it’s on iTunes… :(
I really like the bloody beetroots remixes, too bad Vitalic – Second Lives remix is missing. Not really a ‘remix’, more of a rework, but I still like it very much. :)

Itunes doesnt release it in 320…beatport.com is a much better choice as far quality goes.

Yes, I was aware of that, I just want to use my giftcard :) And to be honest, I don’t care a lot between 256kbs or 320kbs. As long it’s not 192 ;) It’s in iTunes now, but release is 15 february…

I’ve honestly never been a huge fan of them, but my favorite by far is the Stomp Yo Shoes remix.
I remember hearing it for the first time on Tommie Sunshine’s “Relax, This Won’t Hurt” mixtape… I went nuts!
