19 year old Porter Robinson released his huge 6-pack Spitfire EP just a couple of days ago. I was a little skeptical about such a big EP coming from Porter with him not having completed too many original tracks before it, but all the tracks are pretty damn well on point. I did have a little bet going with a friend about 100% In The Bitch being a huge breakthrough Electro/Moombahton track. While it’s definitely the first Moombahton track I like (I’m using like rather loosely) and does a good job of blurring the line between Electro and Moombahton, I think it’s still feels like just another Moombahton track. Sure it’ll get played at all the Moombahton parties they’re having now, but it’s no Moombahton anthem in my eyes.. I just said Moombahton 6 times in this post, I should probably go kill myself. I’m gonna go and enjoy the rest of Porter’s EP first though.
