A lot to discuss today! First, I wanna say sorry for the sucky disco week. I had a few more tunes I wanted to post, but as always life got in the way and I just didn’t have the time. I’ll make it up to you guys soon, I promise! Secondly, I’d like to announce the winner of the t-shirt contest! It was simply too hard to pick one best name (out of over 300 entries!), so by random draw the lucky winner is Stirlume! He did suggest a pretty funny name though, DJ B to the P Spill. I got this in the mail a week or two ago and completely forgot to post it with all the other stuff I had going on. Dem Slackers has been consistently bring the heaviness recently. His Mom & Dad remix last year was one of favorites to bang around with and now he’s back with a track he worked on together with Fake ID called Working Title. Look for them both to be making a big splash this year.

I believe this is the first time I’ve posted something by Dem Slackers which is definitely a shame since I loved their Mightyfools Amsterdam remix. Anyway, Mom & Dad‘s new EP was released earlier this month on Jaimie Fanatic‘s label Legacy Kids Club and everyone’s finally been able to get their hands on remix that’s been teased since September. I really love this remix and the huge drop sort of reminds me of Lyposuct.
