It sucks to only be on the internet around 1 hour a day now, because I tend to miss a lot more than I could have ever thought. Thankfully that’ll change come Friday, but for now I’m busy playing catch up on some great tracks that have dropped. I was surprised there wasn’t more hype around this track especially since it feels like it could be a huge rave tune. One of the things I like the most about collab tracks like this is that if you know each producers styles really well you can pick out the elements in the track by each person, like Zinc’s drums for instance.

Let me start off this post by saying that I really really love this track. It’s straight up DnB housey house gold as far as I’m concerned. However, I’m kinda pissed I had to wait 5 months to spin the damn thing. The video teaser on YouTube and being on A-Trak’s June top 10, in my opinion, hurt it’s chances of really being played out now. The hype just isn’t there anymore. It wasn’t released for 5 months so naturally people are just going to forgot about it. 5 months later and it’s finally about to drop, but wait! Beatport manages to screw up the release so everyone has to wait even longer. Will I still buy it when it finally gets released? Of course. Will I play it as much as I would if it had been released months earlier? Probably not.
