Never thought I’d actually see this track in full quality, but Herve just threw it up on Facebook earlier today for those that like his page. Only having a poor quality copy for so long hindered me from playing this track for years and that always got me down. It’s just the sort of song you need to appease that one crowd you may play for that’s full of metal heads and still get everyone else dancing.

Fresh up today we have the latest remix from Hervé‘s alter ego Voodoo Chilli. I just grabbed this tune minutes before the Ustream set today and played it without actually listening to it first, so I guess you could say I put a lot of faith in Herve to make something great and to date, he hasn’t let me down. Aside from the original tracks on the Titans EP, this one is definitely my favorite he’s ever done. Very house with a hint of disco.

Herve‘s new smash Together was finally dropped on Monday. He first played it at Together in london a few months back and ever since I’ve been dying to get my hands on it. The track would make a great instrumental, but that fact that it uses the chorus from Primal Scream’s Come Together just puts it over the top.

Missed another good release last week. Project Bassline’s latest EP on Cheap Thrills. Herve and Mele are both up on remixes for this one. Mele has done two separate remixes for the release. The first is has more dubstep influence and the alt remix is more bass intensive. Herve’s remix just attacks you with some phenomenal Jungle Step. Herve can truly do no wrong on a remix.

I don’t know why I didn’t see this when it was released a few days ago. I remember seeing Herve tweet about his collaboration with Fatboy Slim last month and thinking that whatever he was up too with Slim must have been good. In my opinion, the original doesn’t have much of a kick to it Herve’s Action Man Acid Flash Mix on the other hand is just what the doctor ordered (if your doctor ordered you to take a good dose of acid, that is).

Herve just released a nice little single called Zombies off his next mix album, Ghetto Bass 2. Ghetto Bass 1 was just a thing of beauty if you ask me, so I’ve been eagerly awaiting #2 for quite awhile now. Along with the Zombies single, Herve unleashed a brand new track called Hot!
