I’m beginning to think some of my hate towards Moombahton may be misplaced. Don’t get me wrong, I still hold several things wrong with the genre, but my main deal is the slowness of it all. I can’t get into a track that’s so slow it feels like all the energy is being sucked out of me. Thankfully JFK has done the world a solid with Tittsworth & Alvin Risk‘s original track and injected it with the much need and rare ‘Rave Negative’ blood type. Another day, another free tune. Apparently BeatauCue promised at some point to give JFK‘s edit of Wolves away for free and they made good on that promise yesterday. For those wondering why it sounds more drastically different from the original for an edit, it’s actually based of Willnez Gre’s remix which ones one of the officially remixes off Cha Cha Cha. Now if we could only get his edit of Charlie by The Phantom’s Revenge we’d be set.

JFK and St. Mandrew are back once again for another release on Teenage Riot Records. Face Pump was originally slated to be released last week, but they were forced to push it back due to the distributor. I’m personally loving all three tracks on the EP. The Blende remix is exactly what you’d come to expect from them and the LA Riots remix adds a lot more kick to things which really keeps you into the track.
