It always feels like it’s been forever since the last A-Trak remix popped up (my calendar says March) but whatever the case he’s back now. Robyn uploaded his latest remix on her SoundCloud yesterday and sparked nearly 20,000 plays already. I’d definitely say this remix is one of my favorites by him and even on par with his Yeah Yeah Yeahs remix. It’s the perfect summer tune for the beginning of winter.

Well it’s certainly been a fun week around here. Some of you may have been online Monday when I went on Ustream and spun some records for an hour. A lot of people asked if it was going to be a new weekly thing and after having so much fun with it, I couldn’t see a reason not to. The last remix I heard from The Bloody Beetroots was well over 2 months ago so I’m glad to hear they’ve put something else out. This remix starts off rather mellow, but stay listening and you’ll be rewarded with some classic beetroot goodness.
