I really can’t tell you how weird this week has been. As I mentioned on Twitter, it’s almost as if all the artists got together and decided to only release mixes this week. So here’s my favorites of 2009 post. Not necessarily the best tracks released this year, but they’re among the most played for me. I’m not gonna comment on each one since I’ve probably already done it on the blog before. I will say that it’s been an absolutely crazy year as far as electronic music goes. 2008 couldn’t touch 2009 and I’m sure the same will be said next year. After all, we have the new Daft Punk album to look forward to!

I’m sure most of you have already seen this video Boys Noize posted a few days ago of him dropping some new D.I.M. As luck would have it I was browsing around today and stumbled upon a set rip that gives you a little more of the track than in the video. I usually don’t post set rips because of the shitty quality, but I’ll make an exception for this one. Can’t wait to hear that first drop in full quality on some nice speakers.
