Bob opened up his set at Pukkelpop a few weeks ago with this new remix and from what I hear in the ripped set it went off. Not that there’ve been many, but this definitely takes the spot for my favorite Bloody Beetroots remix of the year. It brings me back a lot of those feelings of the good old days. Just a few quick updates today regarding Remix Monday. First, a few people have requested more time to complete remixes since they work on them in their off time, so from now on Remix Monday will 4 weeks instead of 2. Second, I’ve put together a new site with the help of some awesome code by Lee Martin over at SoundCloud. To upload a remix to Remix Monday in the future, simply visit remixmonday.com, login with your SoundCloud account, and upload your remix! This will allow all the remixes to be put in a single place for everyone to listen to. You’re more than welcome to upload your Leave The World Behind remixes there, but I won’t be officially requiring that until the next competition.

As another week draws to a close I got a nice look at just how crazy you guys are. So far we’ve had 280 comments on the t-shirt giveaway with some of the most ridiculous and creative names I’ve ever seen. I didn’t think it would be this hard to choose a winner, but I’ll have it narrowed down by Tuesday. Also, I haven’t had much time to work on the mix for the next giveaway, so it might be delayed slightly.

So here it is. In hindsight it was a really bad idea to decide to do this without looking at Switches Wikipedia page first. I rounded up as many remixes as I could get my hands on.  These are only some of the official remixes listed on his Wikipedia page. He’s done MANY MANY more than this as both Switch and Solid Groove.
